1、在你的安装目录下，建立一个连接 ln -s tools.lnx86/ tools

[redhat3@localhost ic5141]$ ln -s tools.lnx86/ tools

2、打开license

文件夹，发现里面没有license.dat

[redhat3@localhost share]$ cd license/

[redhat3@localhost license]$ ls

clients.sample license.sample products.dfII rcout.sample

configure mkclients rc.add test_inst

lic_config options.sample rclic.sample

3、把IC5141的license.dat 拷贝到/home/eda/ic5141/share/license下

[redhat3@localhost IC5141]$ cp license.dat /home/eda/ic5141/share/license

4、拷贝之后，多了一个license.dat

[redhat3@localhost license]$ pwd

/home/eda/ic5141/share/license

[redhat3@localhost license]$ ls

clients.sample license.dat options.sample rclic.sample

configure license.sample products.dfII rcout.sample

lic_config mkclients rc.add test_inst

5、把home/eda/ic5141/tools/dfII/samples/local/ 下的local文件夹拷贝到/home/eda/ic5141/tools/dfII/下面，并把

cdsinit改为 .cdsinit
